Racial Trauma
DESCRIPTION: People of color encounter racism constantly—at work, in public spaces, and in everyday interactions. The ongoing threat of racism can feel exhausting and overwhelming, making it hard to find relief or clarity in the midst of unrelenting distress.
TREATMENT: I work with people of color—especially Black and Brown folks—to reconnect with community and find spaces where their experiences are understood and affirmed. Together, we process and make sense of the dizzying, cumulative effects of racial trauma and build practices that support resilience, grounding, and healing.
